I have managed more than 50 corporate social media profiles & blog pages until today. I managed the strategy, performance, monitoring, content, follower communication, advertising, campaign, marketing, or all at once, of the social media accounts below. The total number of followers of these accounts is above 55 million.

The companies whose social media pages I manage have various business models. As a result, I have social media management experience in both B2B and B2C areas. These brands serve an extensive variety of markets, and this diversity has given me experience in a wide range of markets. The markets I manage in social media are retail, food, manufacturing, consumer electronics, education, non-profit organizations, telecommunications, ISP, media, contact center, finance, fuel, medicine, service, car rental, entertainment, sports. I have managed social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Pinterest.

I won more than 10 national and international awards with social media communication and marketing projects. You can find a list of these awards on my LinkedIn account. I provided one-on-one service for some brands as a social media agency employee. For some other brands, I have worked with social media agencies, digital agencies, web agencies, advertising agencies, production agencies, search engine marketing agencies, and consultants.

Product Lifecycle Management

I was a member of an incubating team of a social media management product named Social Sniffer Suite. I was managing all the business-related demands of this product from the first day. It collects social media data and process this data with artificial intelligence.

Social Sniffer Suite collects social media data and process this data with artificial intelligence. My team then checks all data and corrects the mistakes of artificial intelligence—this way, the social media management product learns how to categorize social media data.

Social Sniffer Suite’s dashboard offers basic reporting templates. Our corporate customers are enormous companies, and they want tailor-made social media reports to share with their top management teams. We need to categorize and analyze social media data very carefully to meet our customers’ demands.

My team prepared social media reports for different corporate customers on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Our customers are Media Markt, Ziraat Bankasi, Turkcell IVR, Halkbank, Gaziantep Buyuksehir Belediyesi.

Our corporate customers need English reports as well as Turkish reports. Therefore, we prepared some reports in both Turkish and English.

We had customers who want to design reports following corporate identity. I guided my design expert on my team to make the reports’ designs in the right way as the customers want. Some customers wish to reports in pdf format, while others prefer the infographic report.

Digital Campaign Management

I have created and published over 150 campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram through wall contents and applications with my team.

Money Club Card Facebook Application:

Migros receives social media management services from Turkcell Global Bilgi. Money Club Card is the loyalty card of Migros and it has five hundred fourteen thousand followers on its Facebook page. I managed the social media communication of the Money Club Card Facebook page for five years while I was working at Turkcell Global Bilgi.

At the Summit Creative International Awards, where more than five thousand applications were made from 24 countries with the Money Club Card Facebook page application, I won a bronze award in social media application category.
